Binance has announced the launch of API trading for U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, allowing eligible users to programmatically access and trade more than 7,000 equities. This new functionality is provided through Nest Trading Limited, Binance’s ADGM broker-dealer affiliate, which routes orders to a U.S.-regulated clearing broker for execution, clearing, settlement, and custody.

The service features zero-commission trades on eligible transactions, fractional share trading from $5, and multiple funding options including USDC, BNB, USDT, USD1, and $U. Additionally, Binance has previewed future offerings such as tokenized securities (“bStocks”) to be issued by BTECH Holdings Ltd (pending regulatory approval), and a securities lending feature enabling passive income generation for eligible participants. Trading is not available to U.S. persons or within the United States, and Binance notes that trading in securities and tokenized assets carries significant risks.

Binance is a major cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong, known for its high liquidity, large daily turnover, and wide user base. Key features include low commissions, a proprietary BNB Coin currency, and a cold wallet for asset storage, although users may encounter a complex verification process and an intricate commission system.
