Deribit promotes daily crew-based trading contest offering Bali trip and cash prizes — Deribit launches crew-based trading campaign

Deribit announced that traders have a limited window before a daily reset to participate in a crew-based trading campaign, where those reaching set trading volume thresholds may qualify for a Bali trip prize draw or a share of daily rewards.

Deribit, in partnership with SignalPlus, is conducting “The Crew Tide” trading campaign, which requires traders to join or form teams (“crews”) and reach set daily trading volumes. Each day, crews that achieve at least US$15 million in valid trading volume by 08:00 UTC allow their top three traders to be entered into a draw for a Bali trip or a 600 USDC prize, while individual crew members who complete a minimum of US$500,000 in valid volume within the daily cycle become eligible to share a US$100 rewards pool. Short-dated options trades (with expiries of 7 days or less, executed through the Order Book) provide up to a 2× multiplier on volume during the campaign. The competition resets every day at 08:00 UTC, and reminders are issued shortly before the reset to encourage timely participation. The event is a component of Deribit’s wider “The Island” promotion, which features multiple reward stages.

How to participate

To join Deribit's crew-based trading campaign, users should access the “Deribit × SignalPlus” promotion via the official sign-up link. Form or join a crew and trade to accumulate at least US$500,000 in valid daily volume; work with your crew to collectively reach US$15 million in daily trading volume before the daily reset at 08:00 UTC. Top-performing individuals and crews become eligible for daily rewards and prize draws, with additional multipliers available for certain short-dated options trades.
