Binance has launched bStocks, a dedicated platform for tokenized U.S. securities, which operates on the BNB Chain. According to official materials, bStocks offers 24/7 trading, 1:1 backing with underlying shares held by a regulated custodian, fractional share access starting from $5, and integration with a range of DeFi protocols. At launch, the platform supported several major U.S. stock tickers as BEP-20 tokens, and provided features such as automatic corporate action processing and the ability for users to self-custody assets via compatible crypto wallets. The dedicated site, bstocks.finance, now serves as the central hub for these securities, though access may initially be limited. Eligibility for the product is restricted by jurisdiction and excludes U.S., UK, and European persons.

Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange headquartered in Hong Kong, recognized for its large daily trading volumes, high platform performance, and its proprietary BNB Coin, which can be used to reduce trading commissions within the platform. The platform offers a proprietary cold wallet for asset storage and operates with a complex commission structure and verification process.
