XM has introduced its Thematic Indices, allowing traders to gain exposure to entire market trends or sectors—such as electric vehicles, AI, and blockchain—through index-based CFDs, instead of trading individual stocks.
XM has announced the launch of Thematic Indices, a new product allowing clients to trade CFDs that track entire sectors or thematic trends such as electric vehicles, AI, blockchain, and other global themes. According to the linked page, these indices are available on the MT5 platform for Standard and KIWAMI account types, offer total return mechanics with dividend reinvestment, and include features such as market execution, negative balance protection, tight spreads, and 24/7 support. No additional fees are noted, and leverage is generally up to 10:1 for most indices, with some exceptions. The broker highlights regulatory compliance under the FSC of Belize and specifies regional restrictions, with the service not available to residents of the United States, Canada, Israel, Iran, and certain other jurisdictions.
