RoboForex to end support for terminal-created demo accounts
RoboForex, a globally recognized brokerage company founded in 2009, has announced significant changes to its demo account management policy. Starting from July 7, 2025, demo accounts created directly in trading terminals will be switched to "close-only" mode, meaning no new positions can be opened.
All existing positions on these accounts will be automatically closed on July 27, 2025, after which support for such accounts will be permanently discontinued, according to the broker’s website.
This decision is part of RoboForex’s broader initiative to improve the stability and performance of its demo server infrastructure, ensuring smoother operations for users. By limiting support to demo accounts registered through the official RoboForex Members Area, the company aims to optimize resource usage and enhance system performance for a better client experience.
