Nexo took part in Bitcoin Conference Americas, presenting findings from its research report, "The Future of Digital Wealth 2026." The report draws on a survey of 1,000 affluent investors from the U.S., U.K., and Argentina and introduces the Crypto Integration Index (CII), which measures the extent to which crypto is integrated into investors' financial strategies across several behavioral dimensions. Key findings show that while about two-thirds of these investors hold cryptocurrency, operational friction such as security concerns, fees, and platform complexity is cited as the main obstacle to deeper, long-term use for wealth building. The report also notes that only a small minority—4.7% of respondents—demonstrate high levels of structural integration of crypto into their financial planning.
