Gate.io has communicated that Gate Technology Ltd is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) and a Payment Institution (PI). The broker also emphasized that crypto-assets are highly volatile and carry the risk of a total or partial loss of the invested amount. Payment features offered by the platform do not mitigate the inherent risks associated with crypto-asset investments. No additional details were provided in the announcement.
