Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. advances next-gen ADC targeting Nectin-4 in aggressive cancers
Corbus targets Nectin-4 tumors

Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. is developing a next-generation antibody drug conjugate, CRB-701, designed to treat certain solid tumors that overexpress the Nectin-4 protein. This protein is associated with more aggressive growth and poorer patient outcomes.

The new therapy is intended to exploit this biological target and deliver more precise, targeted treatment to cancer cells. Corbus aims to improve outcomes in challenging cancer types such as cervical cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, where Nectin-4 overexpression is prevalent.

Corbus recently announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The company is also scheduled to present its CRB-913 oral CB1 inverse agonist obesity therapy at the BMO Metabolic Health Summit on March 24. These developments follow a period of increased research and corporate activity for Corbus.
