Rackspace Technology connects data and infrastructure to speed AI deployment from pilot to production
Rackspace Technology streamlines AI scaling

Rackspace Technology has announced a partnership with Uniphore to address the challenges companies face as they move artificial intelligence initiatives from initial pilot stages into full-scale production. The integration leverages Rackspace Technology’s Infrastructure-to-Agents architecture, designed to reduce friction caused by disparate data, complex models, and infrastructure silos.

According to Rackspace Technology, connecting data and infrastructure directly to AI agents aims to simplify the transition to production environments, making enterprise AI adoption more predictable and scalable.

The announcement follows Rackspace Technology’s 18-month VMware modernization, during which the company updated 300 servers and 50 applications with zero outages, according to a previous statement. Earlier, Rackspace unveiled an accelerated migration program for private cloud environments powered by VMware expertise. These initiatives highlight the company’s ongoing focus on enterprise infrastructure solutions.
