Ceva advances e-bike intelligence with BNO08x motion sensors driving real time data for smarter rides
Ceva is driving innovation in the e-bike sector by equipping modern electric bikes with its BNO08x motion sensors to enable secure and intelligent riding experiences.
The integration of real-time sensor data allows e-bikes to detect tilt, vibration, and acceleration, enabling them to make immediate and informed decisions for riders. This technological enhancement promises improved safety, precision, and overall performance for the growing e-bike market.
Ceva has previously worked with Texas Instruments to launch Bluetooth 6.0 channel sounding technology, aimed at improving spatial accuracy for connected devices. The company also announced plans to repurpose ultra-wideband digital key hardware into in-cabin radar sensors for automotive applications. These initiatives expand Ceva’s presence in sensor integration across multiple mobility sectors.
