Primoris names new HSE director

Primoris Services has named Cyndi Hallman as its new corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) director.

Hallman, a nationally recognized safety leader and ENR Top Young Professional, is tasked with advancing a shared culture of safer work and translating safety insights directly into field action. The appointment aligns with broader industry efforts to prioritize workplace safety standards, especially during Construction Safety Week. Primoris Services intends to leverage Hallman’s expertise to reinforce its commitment to operational safety and employee wellbeing.

The company has made a series of leadership changes as it grows its business lines. Earlier this year, Primoris Services named Matthew Nguyen as Senior Director of Operations for Solar EPC within its Renewables division, according to a prior announcement. The firm is also advancing BESS augmentation projects aimed at boosting battery storage performance and extending asset lifespans for owners, as noted in a recent company update.
