Onespan CTO claims passkeys accelerate adoption of secure authentication methods — Onespan backs rise of passkeys

Onespan claims that passkeys represent a significant step toward creating a more resilient digital infrastructure focused on both security and user convenience.

During WorldPasskeyDay, Onespan CTO Ashish Jain explained to VMblog why passkeys are becoming a core component of modern authentication. Jain stressed that this technology addresses recurring challenges in the digital security realm by eliminating passwords, thus reducing vulnerabilities to phishing and credential-based attacks. According to Onespan, the rise in adoption of passkey-based solutions signals growing industry momentum to implement frictionless and robust authentication methods.
