Tyra Biosciences begins dosing in Phase 2 trial for dabogratinib in low grade UTUC — Tyra starts Phase 2 cancer trial

Tyra Biosciences has announced the dosing of the first patient in its Phase 2 clinical trial for SURF303, assessing the investigational oral FGFR3-selective inhibitor dabogratinib in low grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC).

The once-daily oral therapy targets patients with LG-UTUC, a rare form of urinary tract cancer. This study marks a significant step in evaluating new treatment options for a patient group with limited therapies.
