Climb Bio, Inc. announced new safety, B-cell depletion, and platelet data from the low dose cohort of its ongoing Phase 1b/2a trial of budoprutug in previously treated patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).

The data was presented at the European Hematology Association (EHA) congress, offering early insights into the clinical profile of budoprutug in a population with limited treatment options. The initial results include assessments of drug safety and efficacy markers, with further data anticipated as the trial progresses. The abstract detailing these findings is now available online.
