Douglas Elliman opens Georgetown office

Douglas Elliman has opened a new boutique office in Georgetown, unlocking waterfront access and prime visibility for its operations.

The location is the firm’s fourth in the region, positioning it as a pivotal hub to support agents, clients, and the ongoing growth of Douglas Elliman across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Company leadership expressed confidence that the Georgetown office will further strengthen its market presence and connectivity throughout the metropolitan area.

Douglas Elliman recently listed a 44-foot wide mansion in Chelsea for $24.5 million, highlighting activity in the New York luxury market earlier this year. The company also added Maureen Stapleton to its Colorado team, bringing more than three decades of Aspen experience and $100 million in projected 2025 sales to the firm. These moves reflect Douglas Elliman's continued expansion in key U.S. regions.
