Jamf launches AI Governance to address enterprise risks from unmonitored AI tool use
Jamf unveils AI Governance tool

Jamf unveiled its AI Governance solution to help organizations monitor which AI tools employees are using and where sensitive data might be going.

The company argues that most enterprises currently lack clear visibility into employee AI adoption, potentially exposing them to security and compliance risks. Jamf's new tool aims to give IT teams greater control and transparency in managing AI usage, particularly as companies rely more heavily on third-party platforms such as Amazon Bedrock and AWS. The solution also integrates with existing Apple management systems.

Earlier this year, Jamf advised enterprises to address overlooked AI governance risks on Mac endpoints, highlighting concerns around endpoint security and compliance in a previous report. The company has also continued preparations for its annual JNUC 2026 event, recently publishing its session catalog for attendees.
