Biomea Fusion previously reported promising Phase II COVALENT-112 data in type 1 diabetes, advancing icovamenib as a first-in-class therapy option, according to company disclosures. Results from the COVALENT-112 study were also presented at the ADA 86th Scientific Sessions, highlighting the latest clinical findings on icovamenib's potential role in diabetes care earlier this year.
