The initiative reflects the bank's involvement in community banking and regional heritage as part of the wider America 250 celebrations.

Mid Penn Bancorp was recently recognized by the PA Chamber Foundation as a top internship site in Pennsylvania for 2026. The bank has also expanded its internship programs, with Trey Spring joining to support retail and agricultural lending operations over the summer, according to a previous company update. These initiatives complement the bank’s broader engagement in community development.
