ONE Group Hospitality announced the official opening of STK Chelsea, introducing its latest premium steakhouse to New York City.

The new location aims to attract diners with a focus on high-quality cuts, signature cocktails, and a vibrant nightlife experience. Reservations for the venue are now open, positioning STK Chelsea as a new destination for upscale dining in the city.

ONE Group Hospitality recently launched Steak Night with a $49 three course menu to increase weekday bookings at its steakhouses, according to a previous report (here). The group also brought its signature dining and energetic atmosphere to an iconic New York neighborhood with the opening of STK Chelsea, as covered previously. These moves reflect the company's ongoing expansion of its premium dining offerings in New York City.
