Caledonia Mining CEO to speak at Zimbabwe event focusing on investment ready mining ecosystem
Caledonia Mining CEO joins Zimbabwe panel

Caledonia Mining announced that its CEO, Mark Learmonth, will participate as a speaker at the Zimbabwe: Where Resources Meet Opportunity event hosted by Zida Invest on 4 September.

Learmonth will join a panel discussion titled From Resource to Return: Building an Investment-Ready Mining Ecosystem in Zimbabwe. The session aims to address strategies to foster investment and development in Zimbabwe's mining sector as interest in the region's resource potential grows.

Earlier this year, Caledonia Mining reported an 18 percent increase in gold output and record safety performance at its Blanket mine. The company’s second quarter revenue rose to US$75.9 million, according to company disclosures. The improved production metrics come as the firm expands its presence at industry forums.
