RSI at 35.3 is nearing oversold territory, showing that the recent decline is starting to get stretched. Shares of Cadence Design Systems continue to trade below their MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, which keeps the daily structure bearish. The nearest support is the weekly low at $302.36, and the broader trend remains under pressure.
A close above $324.58 would show buyers are willing to follow through and confirm acceptance of the move. With RSI nearing oversold territory at 35.3, the recent decline is becoming extended and may start to limit further downside. Over the next five trading days, there is less than 20% probability of upside and more than 80% probability of downside, with shares expected to trade between $284.84 and $324.91. Although there was a sharp move lower over the past week without a sustained trend, from here traders can look to a drop below $302.36 as a sign that the move is being faded. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays firmly negative.
Earlier, analysts noted that Cadence Design Systems remained under technical pressure despite high-profile collaborations in AI hardware. The latest PCIe 6.0 compliance milestone reinforces the ongoing bearish trend, with downside risk prevailing as traders should closely monitor $302.36 as the next key support level.
