Plug Power stated that the Allied Biofuels Project is advancing through the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase. According to finanzen.at, the project is a planned US$6.1 billion Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and e-SAF initiative in Uzbekistan. Key engineering and technology partners, including Plug Power, recently gathered in Ningbo, China to coordinate on engineering responsibilities and technology interfaces during the FEED phase.

Bearish stock structure persists as trading range shows no breakout

Plug Power stock continues to trade in a bearish structure, remaining below its MA-20 at $2.14. The price is also holding under MA-50 and MA-200, signaling ongoing downside pressure. No single chart level has sparked a decisive move, as the stock holds within its recent range without a breakout.

Downside odds dominate as traders monitor $1.98 for reversal risk

Traders should watch for a close above $2.14 as an early sign of buyer follow-through. Currently, the stock is holding within its recent pattern, showing neither a breakout nor a clear reversal. Despite a sharp move higher over the past week without a sustained trend, the next five trading days carry less than 20% probability of breaking higher and more than 80% probability of downside, with an expected range between $1.99 and $2.16. A drop below $1.98 would indicate sellers are fading the move. On the weekly chart, the longer-term outlook remains firmly negative.

Previously it was reported that Plug Power remained under persistent downside pressure, with analysts pointing to a prevailing bearish technical structure. The current update adds that despite progress on the Allied Biofuels Project, traders should monitor for a potential directional shift if shares break above the $2.14 level.
