The intraday range in the latest session expanded sharply, spanning from $138.27 to $146.59, which is well beyond the weekly average. Shares of DigitalOcean continue to trade above their MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, keeping the daily structure bullish. However, RSI at 60.8 is approaching overbought levels, indicating the current advance may be becoming stretched. The nearest resistance is the weekly high at $151.83.
A close above $151.83 would indicate buyers are willing to sustain the move and push through resistance. During the latest session, price swung between $138.27 and $146.59, marking a substantial range for the week. Even so, over the next five trading days, there is a 73% probability of upside versus 27% downside, with the expected trading range between $130.04 and $152.37. A drop below $126.87 would indicate the move is being rejected. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays firmly constructive.
Previously it was reported that DigitalOcean's rollout of Anthropic's Claude Opus 5.5 on its Serverless Inference platform contributed to a broadly constructive technical outlook. The latest addition of OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna and Sol models further expands DigitalOcean's AI capabilities, with traders now watching for price action around the $151.83 resistance to assess the potential for continued momentum.
