35 million Verdera Energy shares to be distributed to shareholders under enCore Energy special dividend plan — EnCore Energy plans Verdera dividend

enCore Energy has announced plans to distribute 35 million common shares of Verdera Energy Corp. to its shareholders as a special dividend.

According to the statement, the record date for eligibility is set for September 25, 2026, and the distribution will take place on September 30, 2026. The move reflects enCore Energy's intention to deliver additional value to its existing shareholders through equity in Verdera Energy.
