Artiva Biotherapeutics: AlloNK shows benefits

Artiva Biotherapeutics has announced new clinical data for its AlloNK therapy in combination with rituximab, highlighting mean improvements in disease activity and symptoms at the six-month mark for 11 patients with Sjögren disease in a study with a July 2, 2026 cutoff.

Safety data from 73 patients also support a potential for outpatient use of the therapy, suggesting increasing confidence in the treatment’s safety profile. These findings were presented during ISSjD 2026, further advancing Artiva Biotherapeutics' efforts in rare autoimmune diseases.
