Artiva ends AlloNK development

Artiva Biotherapeutics has announced that it will discontinue development of its AlloNK program and is now evaluating strategic alternatives.

The company expressed gratitude to patients, families, investigators, and employees who contributed to advancing the program.

Artiva Biotherapeutics had previously reported clinical data showing that AlloNK combined with rituximab led to improved outcomes in Sjögren disease and demonstrated outpatient safety in early studies. Details of these results were published in its earlier announcement of AlloNK plus rituximab findings. The company’s decision to end the AlloNK program follows these prior developments.
