Cullinan starts Phase 2 CLN-049 trial

Cullinan Therapeutics has begun dosing patients in its planned registrational Phase 2 study evaluating CLN-049, an investigational FLT3 T cell engager, in adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.

The first patient has now received the treatment, marking a significant step in the clinical development of CLN-049. The study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of this therapeutic approach for individuals living with difficult-to-treat AML. This milestone reflects Cullinan Therapeutics’ commitment to advancing therapies for hematologic malignancies.

Cullinan Therapeutics previously presented data from its Phase 3 REZILIENT3 trial at WCLC26, with additional details discussed in an investor webcast, according to company reports. The REZILIENT3 study evaluated zipalertinib in combination with chemotherapy. Cullinan also announced plans for a September webcast to review these Phase 3 results.
