Mastercraft Boat unveils XStar upgrades with 630HP supercharged engine and Z100 tower
Mastercraft reveals XStar upgrades

Mastercraft Boat has announced significant upgrades to its XStar line, introducing a 630HP supercharged powertrain, enhanced SurfStar and FastFill features aimed at improving wake and surf performance.

The update also includes a redesigned flagship helm, a seven-zone SoundStage audio system, and the launch of the exclusive Z100 tower, which features smarter audio automations and enhanced shade designed for 2027.

Earlier this year, Mastercraft launched the XStar 23 and XStar 25 models with standard supercharged power and proprietary wake technology, according to company disclosures. The manufacturer also revealed technology and design upgrades for its 2027 lineup, including improved helm software and expanded customization options introduced in a separate release. These updates remain part of Mastercraft's ongoing enhancements across its flagship XStar series.
