Project delivery across Bulacan and Cavite
As reported by BusinessWorld Online, Megawide says horizontal housing development requires speed, consistency and efficiency because it involves delivering an entire community rather than a single structure. In a statement on Monday, Chief Operating Officer Frederick T. Tan says the company has completed Northscapes San Jose del Monte in Bulacan, a P575-million project developed by its real estate unit PH1 World Developers, Inc. The company also says it has turned over three residential blocks comprising 40 units at Southscapes Trece Martires in Cavite under a P593-million contract.
Northscapes covers as many as 329 housing units within a 4.6-hectare community in San Jose del Monte and was completed on Oct. 15, less than three years after construction started. Megawide says the project shows the use of its integrated engineering, procurement, and construction model in horizontal housing developments.
Southscapes is PH1 World Developers, Inc.'s first horizontal housing project in Cavite. The five-hectare development will have 394 housing units, and PH1 World Developers President Gigi G. Alcantara says the partnership with Megawide supports a more coordinated approach for greater consistency and efficiency.
