Highlights

  • Avalanche secured major enterprise partnerships with Deloitte and Amazon Web Services to advance institutional blockchain adoption.

  • AVAX/USD trades with short-term bullish momentum but faces mixed technical signals, expecting a range of $6.44 to $7.16 in coming days.

Enterprise deals drive adoption push amid DeFi outflows to rivals

Avalanche has entered into notable partnerships with Deloitte and Amazon Web Services, highlighting its push for enterprise adoption of blockchain. A stablecoin playbook was launched in collaboration with Deloitte to support institutional integration. The DeFi ecosystem has recorded a decline in total value locked amid rising competition from Solana and Ethereum layer-2 solutions.

Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, is wary of short-lived AVAX gains despite the recent news. He notes the move above some moving averages does little to counter the bearish long-term trend. Kharitonov points out that strong partnerships have failed to lift DeFi growth or total value locked. He also highlights the risk of overbought signals, with indicator divergence suggesting limited further upside. "Short-term optimism is misplaced here, as key technical and on-chain weaknesses remain unresolved," he says.

Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, welcomes Avalanche’s new partnerships as a sign of accelerating institutional adoption. He sees enterprise collaborations with Deloitte and AWS as strong catalysts for future growth. Karapetjanc underscores that bullish market structure remains intact in the short term, with improving sentiment and renewed buy interest evident. The expert is confident long-term value is being built despite current resistance levels. "This market offers multiple upside setups, and I expect further positive momentum as institutional integration progresses," he states.

Parshwa Turakhiya, analyst, observes a mixed technical landscape for AVAX. He notes intraday buying dominance, but warns of short-term exhaustion as momentum signals diverge. Turakhiya highlights that key support and resistance at $6.73 and $6.82 will likely define this week’s trading, with volatility favoring tactical range setups. "Traders should watch for breakout or breakdown plays near these levels, as short-term sentiment remains finely balanced," the analyst says.

Mixed momentum signals as short-term gains clash with long-term resistance

AVAX is trading above both the 20-day and 50-day moving averages at $6.58, but remains below the 200-day moving average at $9.01. This configuration points to short- and medium-term bullish momentum, contrasted by a longer-term bearish trend. Immediate support is at $6.73 and resistance is at $6.82, with the Ichimoku Kijun at $6.63 providing extra short-term support. Momentum signals are mixed: the MACD and ADX highlight underlying weakness, yet the RSI at 53.87 flags emerging buy interest. Stochastic RSI is overbought at 100, signaling short-term exhaustion, and the CCI sits neutral. Bull/Bear Power (BBP) at 0.3 suggests intraday buying dominance, but also raises overbought risk. The session has been marked by strong gains and an upside opening gap, with price action near session highs and intraday volatility at 1.34%. Indicator divergence warrants caution at current levels.

Previously it was reported that Avalanche was exhibiting short-term bullish momentum driven by ecosystem expansions and increased platform utility. The latest developments reinforce this narrative, but with momentum indicators diverging, traders should monitor for a decisive move above $6.82 to confirm renewed upside potential.
