Global UAV Technologies share consolidation precedes CSE fundamental change review
UAV consolidates shares ahead

Global UAV Technologies Ltd. is consolidating its common shares as trading in the stock remains halted ahead of a proposed Fundamental Change. The move reduces the number of outstanding shares to about 33,000,002, while the company keeps its name and ticker unchanged.

Highlights

  • Global UAV Technologies Ltd. is consolidating its common shares at a 1-for-1.324206 ratio, resulting in approximately 33,000,002 shares outstanding.
  • Trading of Global UAV Technologies shares remains halted pending approval of a Fundamental Change under CSE policies.
  • There is no certainty the CSE or shareholders will approve the transaction or the listing of the resulting issuer, leaving the company in limbo.

Share consolidation and trading status

As reported by Canadian Securities Exchange, Global UAV Technologies Ltd. is consolidating its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one post-consolidated share for each 1.324206 pre-consolidated shares.

Following the consolidation, the company will have approximately 33,000,002 common shares outstanding. Its name and trading symbol are not changing.

Approval process and listing uncertainty

Trading remains halted pending a Fundamental Change, as defined under CSE policies. Trading does not resume until shareholders and the CSE approve that transaction, after which the exchange issues a bulletin announcing that the resulting issuer has been approved for listing.

The exchange says there is no certainty that the transaction, or the listing of the resulting issuer, will be approved. That leaves the company in a holding pattern as it seeks the necessary corporate and exchange clearances.
