U.S. deficit savings match Army budget

Andrew Follett reports significant progress in reducing the U.S. budget deficit in early 2024. He compares the savings from recent deficit reductions to the U.S. Army’s $166 billion budget for 2024, noting the deficit dropped by $143 billion in January and $142 billion in February. According to Follett, the amount saved in just two months is nearly equal to funding almost two entire Army budgets.

Follett has previously reported on significant currency fluctuations. He highlighted the Iranian Rial's 13,019 percent drop against the U.S. dollar.
