STRC has experienced less volatility over the past 30 days than every company in the S&P 500 and all major asset classes. This statement comes from Michael Saylor, who highlighted that STRC delivered an 11.5% dividend yield during this period.
Earlier this year, Michael Saylor confirmed the launch of $21 billion STRC and MSTR at-the-market equity programs by Strategy, with no details given on how proceeds would be used. Strategy initiated the STRC program alongside its existing MSTR ATM plan.
