Ben Zhou: Bybit removed from Malaysia investor alert list and leads funding into Hata
Bybit removed from Malaysia alert list

Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO at Bybit, announced two key updates regarding Bybit's operations in Malaysia.

Bybit has been taken off the Securities Commission Malaysia's Investor Alert List following constructive discussions that aligned the company with local regulatory expectations. Additionally, Zhou stated that Bybit recently led funding into Hata, a dual-licensed crypto platform.

Zhou has previously positioned Bybit as an active participant in governance decisions. In a recent statement, he confirmed the firm would vote in favor of a Mantle proposal to promote industry unity following a period of challenge. This comes as Bybit strengthens its regulatory engagement in key markets.
