Users should secure wallets with multisig and hardware keys, Riccardo Spagni warns
Protect crypto from hackers with these steps

Riccardo Spagni, co-founder at Tari Labs, shares safety tips to protect digital assets from DPRK and other hackers.

He advises using multisig or hardware wallets, avoiding the storage of keys in password managers, not executing update commands from unknown sources, and preferring browser-based video calls instead of dedicated apps.

Spagni has previously commented on security and compliance issues in the crypto space. He recently criticized most centralized exchanges for freezing Monero withdrawals and credited Kraken for supporting users. Earlier, he expressed surprise at the Telegram native wallet expanding beyond Tron support.
