Andrei Grachev: Tokenized RWA and commodity capitalization grows fourfold in past year — Tokenized RWA, commodities grow fourfold

Andrei Grachev, co-founder & managing partner at DWF Labs, observes that tokenized real-world assets (RWA) and commodity capitalization have grown about four times over the last 12 months.

However, Grachev adds that despite the rapid expansion in capitalization, there is little actual utilization of these assets, with most remaining in digital wallets. He concludes that projects capable of unlocking liquidity and yield within compliance frameworks could become industry unicorns.
