Andrei Grachev is Managing Partner at DWF Labs and co-founder of Falcon Finance, where he builds liquidity infrastructure that connects decentralized finance to traditional financial markets. Since 2022, Grachev has overseen over $1.5 billion in project investments through secondary markets, and in April 2025, he launched the DWF Liquid Fund with $250 million in capital, targeting mid- and large-cap tokens. Under his leadership, DWF ranks among the top five market makers in daily trading volume across 40+ exchanges. Falcon Finance, also co-led by Grachev, introduced USDF, a synthetic stablecoin backed by tokenized treasury yields and corporate debt, with a $500 million issuance target by Q4 2025.
Offices under Grachev’s direction span Singapore, Switzerland, the UAE, Hong Kong, and South Korea, with the global team expanding to 180 professionals. His institutional push includes AI-driven market modeling and direct OTC integrations for family offices and sovereign funds. At Consensus Hong Kong in March 2025, Grachev outlined a vision for asset-backed crypto as a bridge to real-world yield. The firm’s treasury now holds 38,000 BTC and 310 million USDT-equivalent in liquidity reserves, positioning DWF as one of the most capitalized crypto-native liquidity providers globally.
