Y2 introduces AI-driven Bloomberg alternative

Hasan Toor, co-founder at Toor, highlights the launch of Y2 as a disruptive alternative to the $50,000 per year Bloomberg Terminal.

According to Toor, Y2 integrates real-time Situation Room capabilities, over 100 open-source intelligence (OSINT) feeds, more than 40 AI models, and x402-powered pay-per-request APIs. The new platform requires no subscriptions or API keys, eliminating traditional barriers to accessing market and world data.

Toor previously noted that PaioClaw users can cut a typical $80 monthly API bill in half by using Minimal mode. He has also commented on the transition of Parker Card users after its shutdown, with FlexSuperApp offering direct onboarding and support. These developments reflect ongoing efforts to lower costs and ease access for users of financial platforms.
