Metal launches Data Rooms to help founders track investor engagement, Hasan Toor notes
Metal Data Rooms transform fundraising process

Metal has launched Data Rooms, a tool that allows founders to upload their fundraising deck, share a secure link, and track how investors interact with each page.

Hasan Toor said the platform also provides guidance to improve fundraising materials based on off-market data on capital.

Toor previously covered the rollout of a new Rho feature that enables entrepreneurs to form an LLC and open a business bank account in a single workflow. Rho launched the integrated service to streamline business setup for founders. The launch targeted operational hurdles faced by early-stage companies.
