STRC trades at discount yield rises

Peter Schiff, CEO and chief global strategist of Euro Pacific Capital, notes that STRC is trading at 93.5, meaning investors who paid $100 are now down 6.5% on an investment promoted as safe for retirees prioritizing principal protection.

Schiff also points out that the current yield has risen to 12.3%, and states that Strategy must match this higher yield for new issuance, up from 11.5%.

Schiff previously said that large Bitcoin purchases by Strategy and other firms were major factors in driving up prices, rather than recent sales, in a recent analysis. In a separate warning, he suggested that Bitcoin could see a sharp drop below $20,000 if the $50,000 level does not hold, pointing to elevated market complacency in his earlier commentary. These statements reflect Schiff's ongoing scrutiny of asset risk levels for retail and long-term investors.
