Lincicome has recently reported on financial decision-making in other sectors. He noted that Lutnick postponed the opening of a Canada-U.S. bridge to seek a bigger share of toll revenue. In a separate analysis, Lincicome criticized high farm subsidy expenses and flagged a significant improper payment rate in the ECP program.
