Grant Cardone: Cardone Capital investors receive capital back after real estate refinancing
Cardone Capital returns 30 percent capital

Grant Cardone, CEO and founder at Cardone Enterprises and Cardone Capital, announced a refinancing event for Cardone Capital investors.

According to Cardone, the move returned approximately 30% of capital to investors and improved cash flow. The underlying real estate portfolio consists of 501 prime units, with an occupancy rate of around 93 percent.

Cardone has previously commented on broader financial developments, including his view that U.S. President Donald Trump would move to lower 10 year treasury yields to make long-term mortgages more affordable. In separate remarks, Cardone also drew attention to the limited sale of 32 BTC by Michael Saylor out of a much larger holding. These prior statements reflect Cardone's ongoing engagement with both real estate and digital asset markets.
