Bitcoin requires multiple independent implementations, Fred Krueger argues
Bitcoin needs multiple implementations for governance

Fred Krueger, investor & crypto entrepreneur at various NFT/AI projects, raised concerns about Bitcoin's current development process.

He emphasized the importance of having multiple serious implementations of Bitcoin beyond just Core and its forks. Krueger stated that Bitcoin needs a transparent and understandable process for evaluating, debating, measuring, and activating BIPs involving users, miners, businesses, and developers. He described BIP-110 as a governance stress test for the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Krueger has recently projected that Bitcoin could double to 200K within six months, citing historic doubling times driven by recent trends, according to a previous statement. In an earlier post, he advocated for direct Bitcoin ownership and emphasized that running personal nodes is a sovereign right for users, as detailed in another article. Both views reflect his ongoing engagement with Bitcoin's technical and governance issues.
