Andre Cronje: USDC and USDT on Ethereum earn nearly 15 percent with strong strategy scaling
USDC and USDT earn near 15 percent

Andre Cronje, founder of Flying Tulip, creator of Yearn Finance and Keep3r Network, highlights that USDC and USDT on Ethereum are earning around 14.71 percent yields even after a doubling in deposits.

He also notes that USDC and USDD on Sonic currently offer approximately 7 percent, with recommendations to buy or mint ftUSD and stake for returns. Cronje points to positive growth in Sonic's margin lending segment, with base USDC earning remaining healthy.

Cronje previously highlighted that users could earn as much as 18.50 percent on USDC or USSD via ftUSD on both Ethereum and Sonic. Earlier this year, he noted that USDC and USDT were earning 13.74% APY on Ethereum through ftUSD. Borrow rates for BTC and ETH remained below 1 percent during the same period.
