Alan Rogers: Bitcoin supply in loss surpasses profit for first time this cycle
Bitcoin supply in loss hits new high

Alan Rogers reports that, for the first time in the current cycle, the amount of Bitcoin held at a loss has exceeded that held in profit.

According to Rogers, long-term holders now control a record 14.85 million BTC, underscoring persistent conviction among investors despite broader crypto market volatility. Current prices show BTC at $63,900, ETH at $1,840, and total crypto market capitalization at $2.274 trillion.

Rogers previously reported that Bitcoin fell below $63,000 as ETF outflows for BTC and ETH coincided with over $173 million in crypto liquidations. In a separate update, he highlighted the launch of Robinhood’s DeFi chain, which secured $80 million in total value locked and $800 million in DEX volume. These developments come as crypto markets continue to see notable activity across both established and emerging platforms.
