Natalie Brunell, board member at Semler Scientific and Bitcoin strategy lead, reports that the odds of the CLARITY Act passing have dropped to 32% with only weeks remaining before recess.

Brunell also shares that Lyn Alden and Jeff Booth have launched a $40 million Bitcoin company, while discussions around the Bitcoin protocol continue.

Brunell has tracked other developments in the digital assets sector. She recently reported that Strategy sold 3,588 Bitcoin while former President Donald Trump gained $1.4 billion from crypto holdings. Earlier, she commented on searching for dining and activities in Venice, Italy, during periods of Bitcoin price monitoring in a separate note.
