Michael Saylor reports that BIP-110 has received only 2.6% miner signaling, failing to secure broad miner support.
He explains that once Bitcoin reaches block 961,632, nodes following BIP-110 will reject non-signaling blocks. According to Saylor, this will likely result in BIP-110 stalling or forking into irrelevance, while Bitcoin itself will continue operating normally and as intended.

Earlier commentary from Saylor indicated that BIP-110 had failed to meet the required mining threshold, making a stall or fork likely unless conditions changed. Separately, he has observed that Bitcoin has historically traded above its 200-week moving average 92 percent of the time. These observations frame ongoing developments around the BIP-110 proposal.
