Target beats Walmart in same-store sales growth, Stephanie Link notes
Target surpasses Walmart in same-store sales

Stephanie Link, managing director and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors, highlights that Target has surpassed Walmart in comparable sales growth for the second consecutive quarter.

Target posted same-store sales growth of 3.8% versus 2.6% for Walmart, and is trading at 17 times earnings compared to Walmart at 37 times.
