Joe Burnett: Anthropic frontier AI identifies vulnerabilities in Bitcoin software

Joe Burnett recently shared that earlier this year, he asked Dario Amodei to include organizations such as Bitcoin Brink in Project Glasswing, an Anthropic initiative using advanced AI to uncover vulnerabilities in critical software.

Since then, vulnerabilities have been identified in software including Coldcard and Lightning.

Burnett has previously commented on Bitcoin's volatility and the increased demand for crypto-powered income, noting trends that may boost Bitcoin adoption in his earlier analysis. He has also highlighted market shifts such as Strive surpassing JetBlue in market capitalization, despite the airline's larger operational footprint, as reported in a prior article. His recent focus on software vulnerabilities follows these earlier observations on market and technology developments.
