Stephan Livera, head of education and podcast host at Swan Bitcoin, reports that James of Ârc is partnering with Fulgur Ventures to operate a Bitcoin accelerator on Mirissa Beach in Sri Lanka.

The accelerator aims to foster innovation and growth in Bitcoin-related ventures within the local area.

Livera has recently covered tools for Bitcoin users, including Wallet Playground, a browser-based platform for testing Bitcoin self-custody. He has also showcased insights from industry experts through interviews at the ORIGINseoulBTC 2026 event. These activities reflect his ongoing focus on education and development within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
